ARHAM Hi-Tech Design and Solution Private Ltd is a state-of- the-art fully integrated manufacturer and distributor of Reinforced Composite Products in India. The company was founded by Mr. Amish Mehta in 1996 and incorporated as ARHAM Engineering Company. Mr. Mehta not only visualized and conceptualized some amazingly innovative ideas but also applied them to various projects. The new breed of Reinforced Composite products made the company focus on the design and manufacturing of FRP products such as FRP Ladders, FRP Junction Box, FRP Panels, Telescopic Trolley, Handrails and other Custom Mould products.

ARHAM manufacturers FRP Ladders as well as Aluminium Ladders. These ladders are designed and manufactured based on the applicable standards & requirements of the National standards (ISO) as well as International standards such as American National Standards Institute (ANSI), OSHA, etc. OSHA has set minimum requirements with respect to the use of ladders in business and industry. A large variety of ANSI safety codes are available depending on the material and type of the ladder.
Some of the notable achievements by ARHAM:
- In the year 2000, The Indian Railways were short of `Bamboo’ Ladders and ARHAM provided FRP Ladders, a totally indigenous product. ARHAM was the first company to supply single piece 32 feet ladder for OHE maintenance.
- In the year 2001, the problem of delamination PCP rubber sheet used for insulation was solved by providing FRP Lining on EMU Pantograph Zone for The Indian Railways.
- In the year 2003, the problem of organic waste material entering the seawater was discovered. ARHAM manufactured an innovative product called ‘Scum Baffle’ to solve this issue. The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai accredited ARHAM for this unique achievement. Our product, the Scum Baffle is a patented technology.
- In the year 2009, the DC Section of the Railways replaced their Aluminium Ladder Trolley with our Fiber Composite Ladder Trolley.
